Form to Email with V4

Hi, is there documentation about all the steps to follow to create a contact form with mailer and server actions for Wappler 4X please? There used to be a way to auto populate the server action from form fields but cannot see how to do this anymore, and the whole mailer setup is different now. Thank you.
