Getting my project online

I am now in the phase where I want to put my first pages online for test purposes.
The configuration via Target is still quite difficult for me and doesn’t work as I want.
Therefore I would like to upload the pages manually via ftp first.

But where can I find the database details to change?

Is there a guide for this?
