Problem description
Note: I performed a complete initial Git commit on 06/28/19, so this is not an initial commit issue.
When a server action is deleted, on the next Git upload, an error will occur when trying to commit.
The only option is to deselect the file in question and commit the rest of the files.
After you finish doing the commit, the deleted server action file will remain in the list. When you click on the Trash icon, it pops up a message saying it will revert the file, which places the file back into the Server Actions.
Manually deleting the file from within the dmxConnect/api folder will remove the file from the Server Action list, however, it still appears in the Git Manager and will result in the same behavior when you click on the Trash icon.
It appears that there is no way to remove the file.
