Has anyone managed to setup docker and connect to it from aapanel-docker manager 3.4

Running aapanel on ubuntu server which uses the aapanel for web management.
I use Docker Manager 3.4

Problem I have is each time I try and connect from Wappler I get

Server:
ERROR: Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at tcp://192.168.86.38:2375. Is the docker daemon     running?
errors pretty printing info

Has anyone come across this and could possibly shed some light on it ?
