How can I click various links and make different info show in the same div?

Hi, I’m trying to set up a two column layout where a user can click on a link in one column and the results show in the second column without scrolling or opening another page.

Here’s a demo. Click on the links to see what I’d like to happen.

I’ve played around with smooth scroll and with the ‘Dynamic Events > mouse > click’ section but am stuck. Any help appreciated.
