How to deploy to an IIS web host

I’m using the free trial. I created a simple index.html page with a few text inputs. Now I want to deploy to my web server. I don’t use Docker, heroku, anything like that.
I cannot find anything in the docs re: which files to copy to the web server.
Hoping there is a simple button to ftp the files but cannot see anything except an ‘upload’ button and I don’t know what that is for or how to configure it.
