How to have both local docker and online site

By default docker creates my website here : http://localhost:8100
All good. however my website is at domain.com/folder

After moving everything online, Things broke and i had to add to make them work online. Great they are working now.

However docker site is now broken.

Tried changing the web url in Target setting but that won’t save.

I don’t know what to do now. I would like to have docker working as remote mysql to my host is locked.

So question is how to reconfigure docker to server local site at http://localhost:8100/folder so it matched the online version.
