How to reCAPTCHA inside Conditional Region?

I’m not able to summon reCAPTCHA which located within Conditional Region after the region re-shown. It works well on page load, but doesn’t show up when the conditional region is hidden and shown again. Is there command for dynamic or static action for it? Thanks you.
