How to set a permalink with number adding?

Hello,

I would like to make a permalink like below, how can I solve it?

When click some button with the dynamic image of

“URL/karaoke-contest/1/”

but it moves to

"URL/create_a_new_event_basic/karaoke-contest/2/"

I would like to make especially this “2” part on the dynamic link setting.
