How to update cart quantity from text input in table

Working with a Cart that is a Datastore.
On the cart I have a text input for the Qty.
What would be the best way to get this to update the datastore. Everything I have tried unto now does not seem to work.
I do not want a button there, I need so if the value is changed then it updates the qty.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
