I'm still having this weird include behaviour

I have a include that wouldn’t work on 2 pages but then started working randomly while I was working on another section its now happening again on a new page im doing nothing different than the first 2 pages

I have a main page that I pull a parameter from the url
Then this is used in the include on 2 server actions (all pages are showing the correct info)
But then the issue is I have buttons with dynamic click actions that will not trigger on the new page

I can’t work out if this is a error by me but the info and the include is the same across the pages so I don’t know or if this is something to do with saving the files or caches etc
