Is there a how to for update record that includes update of files

Looked all over the place there are great step by step tutorials to insert a record and upload files and save the file name in the database, but it seems there is a lack of tutorial to update that filed in the database and the image name in the database if there is file change as well not only text inputs, like if I update how ignore if there is no file selected or how to update the field with the new name and delete the old file from the system, can someone point me out if this tutorial or how-to guide exists and if not could wappler create such how to?
