Lazy Load Image Filtering?

I have a repeat region that collects various modules from a database and is then used to populate the section this data is returned correctly on all filters. However I have 5 buttons to filter the data so if all modules are in filter 1 everything is fine if I have modules on 1 and 2 for example the data is loaded correctly but the image is not been shown correctly, the correct image path/name is loaded but the image doesn’t change? do I need to reload the image somehow on a filter update I tried just reloading my entire repeat on the button clicks still no luck?
