Menu basics

While I am extremely impressed with Wappler and it’s database connection capabilities, I get baffled with some of the simplest things. Just need a kick in the head I guess but everytime I try to create a simple bootstrap navigation menu and would like it to appear with a semi-transparent bar over a slider, I get stuck and move over to wordpress. The nav blocks don’t really help much for this I’m afraid and there is no real documentation. Can you please help me do this most basic function so I can actually stop using wordpress for most things.
