MySQL tables not syncing between Prod & Dev Targets in a Docker Container

Background:

I’ve checked and double checked the connection details.
Refreshed the tables, db connection in both targets. I’ve done this by clicking on each connection and using the refresh button.

Troubleshooting suggestions?
