Prevent geo location component to run on page load?

hello,

Is there any way to prevent the geo location component to run on page load? I want the user to be asked to allow their browser to allow location when they click on “my location” button instead of on page load, etc… Adding “noload” does not work like in other components. can I do something here or must I write my own?
