Problem Hide/Show content inside the repeat region

Is there any way I can hide/show a content inside the repeat region if the element ID does not exit in the database?
I have a repeat region with repeat children. I would like to hide a content if another element does not exit in the database, like it does not have an ID at all.
When I try display hide/show with “!” the effect is happening on others record.
