Pull Specific Hashtags from Twitter

Hello Everyone

Is it possible to use Wappler to for instance pull any tweet or Facebook post with a certain specific hash tag and display this on a page? I want to build a chat wall for an event with Wappler and hoping this great community can guide me. Any help on this is greatly appreciated already.
