Resizing columns based on viewport

Design: Header, Body with 2 columns (call them A (col-2) and B (col-10)), and footer.

Column A contains a menu controlled by a toggler. Column B is the content page.

Issue: On the phone viewport I want column A to be width: 100%.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
