Running Application in Windows does not start the software

Hi, Why is it that when I go to run Wappler, I click on the icon & nothing opens, when I look at my Task Manager in Windows 10 I can see that for every time I’ve clicked to run the Wappler Icon in my Start Menu there is an instance running. I tried using the Run As Administrator command to no avail. In order to use the software I need to re-click the originally downloaded .exe file which uninstalls & then re-installs Wappler. That is the only way I can get the software to run. This was the case when I was in a 7 day trial mode also. - Is there a fix for that? Thanks.
