1. Show table to be the Validation table
2. Create step -by -step Login php page that has basic Validation components as Action Steps
3. Create the Arrival after Validation page. A simple form for Insert new record.
4. Create the Thank You page
5. Show step-by-step how the Form in Step 3 will redirect to the Thank You page in Step 4

These are the MOST BASIC but Most Used necessities.
