Slideshow component for mobile (viewport height)

I´m using the slideshow component and works perfectly on desktop but as you get to a smaller screen the images resize to the width on the parent container instead of covering the viewport height which is what I want it to do.

I have tried adjusting the parameters of the parent container, the image, etc but can´t seem to get it working as I want. Any ideas?
