Sorting of Database Query - not working

I’ve got to be making a stupid mistake.

But, I cannot get my database query to sort by “Budget Name” (BudgetCat_Name).

This looks right to me - what am I missing? I’ve gone insane or something.

That looks correct to me. But, it never outputs the data alphabetically. Only sorts by BudgetCat_ID.
