Toasts do not show in Actions Editor

I have Toasts added to the index.ejs page, but when I try to find it in Actions Editor, it does not show. If I manually add it through code, then the “toasts1.show” appears in the Actions Editor’s Selected Actions, but I still do not see if in Available Actions.
