Typed Text - Can't see the option in properties panel

Hi Guys,

I’m guessing i’m just doing something wrong, I can’t seem to see the Typed option in the properties panel when selecting a title or header (only options i see are shown in attached screenshots)

I couldn’t see any pre-requisites in this: Adding Typing Animation - it’s just meant to work I’m guessing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance
