Validation Help

First off, page I’m working on is: https://www.givingindependence.org/Manage/Dogs/update-dog.php?id=27

I have Weight set to validate as “Number” but even if I put a letter in and Save, the form completes successfully. I’ve tried setting the box to validate on Input and Updated. What am I missing?
