As we are approaching Wappler 4.0, we want to show you some great new stuff that will be included in the next major release!

So please welcome App Flows! Now you can fully define complex, reusable client side workflows for data processing. Just as in Server Connect but then client side!
Very useful on complex web apps, where you want a lot of client side processing or on mobile or desktop apps, where you don’t have a server side. The App Flows are now available as experimental feature. See Getting Started with App Flows

And of course we have fixed many issues reported by you in our community, to further improve Wapplers stability and power!

New Global App Flows!

• Now you can define global app flows that you can include and run on multiple pages. Bringing you the power of Flows just as Server Connect but then Client Side
• Very useful to run app flows in mobile apps
• Workflows are not split to Server, with Server Connect and Client for App Flows
• On mobile apps you have App Flows that you can define and run complex workflows without the need of Server Side
• New Global App Flows component available to connect to the Global App Flows
• All output data after execution is available under the component name
• Defined $params are dynamically added as input variables in the App Flow properties and also on its run action
• Added API Connector to Flows so you can now connect to any API Services directly from a flow!
• Added Data Transformations actions to Flows, so you can transform any data source to the structure your want.
• Added Start, Done and Error dynamic events to flows
• Improved flows error reporting
• Render all Flows as HJSON in code view
• Auto include used app flow components on the page on save
• Now the App Flow panel can be called with alt+A
• Show only components valid for the currently selected project design framework
• Save the dependent components based on the currently selected design framework

• Greatly improved selection of data in content pages bound to head pages
• Improved also picker of scoped data like fields in the select component
• Improved dynamic disabling of multi select controls

• Allow infinitely calling Data Formatters and pickers, so you can have deeply nested formatted extensions
