Wappler 5.2 resource manager Database connection

When using node JS with docker server Postgres databases do not show up in the DB connections

steps to reproduce

1. Setup project as a Nodejs project using docker as a service
2. in resource manager connect to digital ocean
3. in resource manager connect to an existing Postgres Database cluster
4. in project options connect to a managed cloud database as the database connection then to the desired database

Expected result to have the database show up in the database connection as DB with that connection

Actual result Service in DB remains empty. needing to setup the db from the format.
