Wappler 5 Beta 9: Variable not showing as option on conditional region

Not sure this is a bug in Wappler 5 but I created a variable and a conditional region.

When I try to set the condition to the variable value in the node project it does not show the variable I created.

The same also happens if I use the dynamic show attibute on a row, I cannot select the variable value.

Is it a bug or am I missing something?
