Custom Module Conditional Items Show Up Incorrectly

Hi,
We just released a new custom module for File Upload on server side. We have lots on controls for user input, which are shown/hidden based on values of other input.
We have seen that the Wappler UI does not handle the conditions when a server action with custom module is reopened after saving.
This is how it looks when I save it:

When I re-open it, it shows extra options which should not be here based on show/hide conditions:

Please help me figure out if there is an issue with the show/hide properties I have set or its a Wappler bug entirely?
