Browser output of API queries with Output & Debug doesn't show Data

Browser output of API queries with Output & Debug doesn’t show Data, only debug like this —

/Sites/localhost/trainings/dmxConnectLib/modules/export.php",“line”:29,“message”:“Data is not an array.”,“trace”:"#0

All queries in API give the same Browser output with the first line looking like this in Chrome or Firefox browser.

The query I pick up from the open file in Code Editor works fine in a SQL query with phpMyAdmin
