Can Wappler work on windows 7 64 bit?

Hi, so far I can install wappler on my computer with windows 7 64 bit. But when i try to install scoop installer for windows, the installation failed.

I checked on the documentations that the minimum requirement is windows 10 64 bit. Could that be the reason?
