Cannot access Data Formats in Form following Tutorial

In following this Tutorial I lose track early.

Despite numerous explorations in Wappler 5.0.2 I simply can’t find this “Data Bindings” -> “Manipulation” of Data Format.

Whether I start from the page view as shown or in the code view or in the data bindings of the form itself – no matter where I drill down I can not produce what this page shows.
