Custom database query error

I created a custom query and when testing (execute) the query I get an error:
Request failed; parseerror, syntaxerror: unexpected token < in JSON at position 0

In the back there is an notice that the server misses a file _exec_query:

(Localy I see this file being created during execution, and disappear after a few seconds)

Any idea what is happening here?
