Database Docker tutorial?

Is there a tutorial to correctly configure the database manager setting?

• Server -> VPS Cloud (Hetzner)
• System -> Docker / Ubuntu / Nodejs
• Development target -> DB created by Docker
• Production target -> DB created in Ubuntu
  I can’t find the solution
