Dynamic Data not showing up on asp.net page showing brackets

For some reason I have a page that worked before. But haven’t used it in a long time and now need to use the functionality of the page. For some reason the data isn’t loading on the page and show data as {{ some data }} instead of the value in the database. The data is showing up in the browser tools. Its just like the page isn’t processing the dynamic values correctly.
