File saving but not uploading

One of my sites no longer automatically uploads the file after saving. I get the green “file saved successfully” message, but the file does not upload to the target. If select the file and upload it, the transfer is fine. This just recently started. I have multiple sites on this server and this seems to be the only one doing this. Any help or ideas appreciated! Thanks
