How Do I Do "If field contains this text" within a Flow?

So I’m in a flow, and I want to see if a field of a record within a repeat contains my input $param.name… so the highlighted condition shown here:

I can’t find any kind of “contains” function in the menus… what exactly should I put?

Do I also have the syntax right where I say all_contacts.data[$id].first_name? I ended up typing that in as I couldn’t quite see how to do it in the menus…
