Interaction between a dynamic Table and a SVG-Element?

Do you think something like this (go to “Angebot”) is possible with Wappler?

It’s basically the interaction between a Tablerow and e Group-Element of the SVG.
Hoovering over a Table row should highlight the Group-Element of the SVG.
All Group-Elements in the SVG are named and this name is stored in the same Database-Table as the shown Table get’s its data. Thus, the value can be readed from the Database. But I have no Idea how to connect all together.

Any idea where to start?
