Is anyone having this issue, I am not sure if it is a bug or my system

I am noticing on save that periodically when I then goto Safari it does not show the updated version (and yes I’ve cleared caches)
However when I up load the whole site then it works with no issues for a while and then I get the same thing.

I have tried a couple of browsers as well with the same issue.
I don’t want to put it through as a bug until I am 100% sure, the guys have enough on their plate at the minute.
Is anyone else having this issue??
