Live streaming web app possibilities

Hi!
Building a live video streaming web app like Twitch from scratch using the power of Wappler. Is it possible? The MVP should be able to resgister user, create user profile, ability to leave comments, server side (ability to convert stream). I tried to search on Google for more information, but most are covering how to stream your own videos instead of building a website where you let other people to stream videos on your own site. Any help is appreciated.
