MVP directory site possible to develop with Wappler?

Hey there folks, hope you all had a lovely holiday? I appologize if this is placed in the wrong category but I would like to develop something like this:

is that possible with wappler do you think? I need algolia search integrated and users need to be able to log in and publish content - they can only have access to their own content not anyone elses.
I think the new speed optimizations made to wappler sound absolutely phenomenal!!!
I’ve also been snooping around and discovered that bootstrap 5 is in alpha might it be available in wappler soon?
