No values in MySQL API Extensions with Docker setup

I have a local Docker setup with PHP 8/MySQL 8.

API Extensions is blank (see screenshot). Thus, I am not able to install XenForo. Here is the error message:

Fatal error : Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function mysqli_init()

I have a different setup using Wampserver and it has values in API Extensions.

How to update API Extensions in Docker to enable these values?
