Node JS - updating

I can’t find the document that references the use of Install Node Packages/Update Node Packages/Clean Node Packages. Here’s the results I got from the Update Node Packages:

Questions:

1. Do we update the npm or should that come with Wappler behind the scenes?
2. We should only update the development (local) and it will push up to the DO container, correct?
3. Should I be managing the npm audit fix process?
   a. I understand this is a coding lockdown type question, so the answer will also help me to
   understand what Wappler is updating in NodeJS and when.
