Personal web app. How much to charge for the services?

I am working on my personal project. The goal is to make a living of it.

I have been working in Real Estate industry for about 4 years. I found there is a need, but I could not find any web app that do that. The micro niche is Personal Shopper and Relocation.

I am developing a Web App and mobile app(Android and IOS) with Wappler.

I have difficulties to set a price($5, $10, $20…) for the services. When I look on other famous services(no related to Real Estate. Like Asana) people always complains when is more than $5-$10 a month.

How do you set the prices or how company for that you work does it?
