Saving files takes long time

So since the 2.8.4 update, and also in 2.9.0. i’m noticing a massive increase in the time it takes to save a file. Before 2.8.4 it was a instant save, starting from 2.8.4 the save times got increased. It take anywhere between 10 and 30 sec.

Nothing has changed in my projects, location wise, and this issue is both with a local project and with a project that i access from a fileshare.

I did also look at the file itself in explorer, and the file time modified is changed at the same time when Wappler say the file is saved. It seems that something hangs or some check takes a long time when saving files. Wappler is also unresponsive during this time.

Maybe this is related, but refreshing the Project Folder view, also does take a long time to update when you hit refresh since 2.8.4.

Stuff like the sever connect view loads fine and with the speed i’m used to from Wappler.

Running Wappler 2.9.0 on Win10 on wired connection.

I’m not seeing any messages here about this, so maybe it’s a isolated case but I would like understand why and what I might do about this to resolve it(because it’s bloody annoying ).
