Saving Projects - new options?

The release notes for 3.9.9 mentions:

Improved projects list saving and Wappler options to use external files, for easy import

Are project settings now accessible somewhere - eg as a JSON file, which can be imported? Up to now, if you reinstalled Wappler from scratch, it was necessary to recreate all the projects (AFAIK). Is this no longer the case? Or is this only in relation to upgrading to Wappler 4?
