Suggestions on improving query builder UI

The modal that is used to configure DB queries in the server action area has some cosmetic issues (numbers below correspond to the picture):

1. The size of the select widgets is different from row to row
2. The space left for the condition is small when one consider point 3
3. There is a lot of unused space that could be used to widen columns that are cut off.
